Warranty and Return Policy Overview
Scope of Warranty: Afterworkgears.com warrants that all Supplied Products are devoid of defects in materials and production. This warranty commences from the date of delivery and applies regardless of shift usage. It is non-transferable and extends solely to the original End User.
Coverage and Remedies under this limited warranty:
If a product fails under ordinary use due to a defect in materials or production, Afterworkgears.com will, at its discretion:
- Repair or replace the affected product with a new or refurbished product of comparable function, performance, and quality, at no charge for materials and components.
- Alternatively, provide a refund or credit for the affected product, at the discretion of Afterworkgears.com, if repair or replacement is deemed commercially impracticable or timely.
Definition of Defect and Ordinary Use:
- A "defect" in the product refers to an inadequacy in its materials or workmanship that existed at the date of delivery and causes a failure of the product to perform under ordinary use, as outlined below.
"Ordinary use" signifies:
- Utilizing the product in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Adhering to the instructions provided in the materials and documentation accompanying the product.
Coverage Period for Replacement Parts: Replacement parts are covered for 1 year or the remaining duration of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply to defects, damage, or failures resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Accidents, natural disasters, or environmental factors.
- Failure to follow provided instructions or recommendations.
Claim Procedure: End Users must submit warranty claims directly to Afterworkgears.com within the applicable warranty period. Claims should include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the encountered issue.
Resolution of Claims: Afterworkgears.com will assess each warranty claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or credit. The decision made by Afterworkgears.com regarding warranty claims is final.

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE, FAILURE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to follow instructions.
- Abuse, misuse, or accidents.

- Alteration or modification.
- Color changes due to stains or dye transfer.

Return Policy
Stock Items Return: Notification within 24 hours of receipt, with return within 3 days from delivery. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Refund Details: Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable. Product value refund based on evaluation of item condition.
Exclusions: Assembled or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Orders: Notification of damage or defects must be made upon delivery. We aim to repair or replace damaged items promptly. Claims for damaged or missing goods not notified at delivery will not be entertained.
Order Changes: Orders cannot be changed once they've entered production. We will attempt to assist with change requests but cannot guarantee changes.
